Interview with Edoardo Mortara
 Why did you choose Quadra Sports to take care of your training?
Making the step up from karts to cars is a very big thing: probably the biggest step I will make throughout my career. In order to make the transition as easy as possible, I needed to make sure that I was as fit as possible and as well-prepared for all the challenges ahead of me. Having met Ange Pasquali, I became convinced that Quadra was the company that would best help me take this next step up.
What does Quadra do for you?
I have bought a number of coaching packages from Quadra that will help me shape my career. These training packages include not only physical fitness, but also racecraft coaching as well as PR and marketing training. As I have come to realise, being a driver is not just all about driving the car quickly: there are other important aspects to the job as well. I believe I know how to a drive a car – Quadra helps me with everything else.
Which advantages does Quadra have over other organisations?
As far as I am aware, there is no other organisation that does exactly what Quadra does. The advantage of Quadra is that it has all the advice I need – on many different aspects of racing – under one roof, backed by a solid level of experience. What I appreciate most is the personal approach, and the constant monitoring of my progress, which means I have no choice but to improve!
