MAILLEUX SIGNS WITH QUADRA SPORTS Photo NewsFormula 3 Euroseries driver Franck Mailleux will be managed by Quadra Sports with immediate effect. Quadra Sports, founded by former Formula 1 team manager Ange Pasquali three years ago, provides a complete solution for drivers and other sportsmen making their way up through the ranks.

Mailleux, who is 23 years old and comes from St Malo in France, has already displayed plenty of potential in his career to date. He became French karting champion in 2001 and claimed the 2006 British Formula 3 Winter Series by winning four out of four races. Since 2007, he has competed in the closely-fought Formula 3 Euroseries: a well-established breeding ground for Grand Prix champions.

The Frenchman commented: “I’m delighted that Quadra Sports will be looking after me in the future and I am eagerly anticipating a successful association. The professionalism and commitment of Quadra Sports matches my own perfectly, so I know that it will be a good fit.”

Ange Pasquali added: “We are very pleased to welcome Franck into the Quadra Sports family, and we aim to give him all the tools to maximise his obvious talent. Along with the rest of our drivers, Franck is an extremely exciting prospect for the future and we greatly look forward to working together.”

Mailleux is currently embarking on an intensive physical training programme over the winter in preparation for the 2009 season.
